OPEN SEMINAR WITH IAIN ABERTNETHY - 21ST SEPTEMBER 2024

On Saturday the 21st of September 2024, I will be teaching an open seminar in Shrewsbury!

The seminar will be covering the key combative and kata principles needed to understand the traditional kata. We will be using the Pinan / Heian series to illustrate these ideas and also how they can be effectively trained. The Pinan / Heian series are a complete combative system in their own right and include striking, trapping, locking, grappling, escapes, and more besides.

The seminar will run from 11:30am to 3:30pm at Shrewsbury Sports Village, Sundorne Road, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 4RQ. The cost per person is £40.
